This spreadsheet shows who needs to turn in what forms for Summer camp. Cells in RED marked "NEED" means we need a form from you.

If you are having trouble logging in to the troop Web site, or using the files please email scott.schuster@cvctroop125.org and I will either help you get logged in or email you the forms you need.

This is important.

Without being overly dramatic, the simple fact is that your son cannot attend camp unless these forms are complete, and we are behind schedule collecting them.
