February Campout 12-14

Come prepared for a great winter campout. The troop has reserved Hill Top cabin at D-bar-A. Come prepared to sleep inside but play outside (boots and extra gloves).

The Patrols will be competing for the best chefs award. they will be preparing a breakfast and dinner that will be judged for health (all food groups), style (cooked how), presentation (cleanliness & patrol method) and taste. Bring your scout book and be prepared to pass lots of requirements.

Scouts 13 or older can qualify for their Polar Bear (2010). They will be required to spend 24 hours (Friday night to Saturday night) outside. Be prepared with a 20 degree or warmer bag, air mattress and proper sleeping gear (nalgene bottle to put hot water to sleep with).
