Lost Lake Camp has strick regulations regarding medications. Their guide states: "All medications must be in the original packaging with instructions clearly visiblie. Campers that are going to be taking medications need to have a separate Camper Medication Form filled out for EACH medication and signed by a parent or guardian." This form...
