Bike Hike Campout- Camp Agawam

It's time for our annual bike hike to Camp Agawam. Prepare your bike and gear for a fun filled weekend while completing some of your biking requirements. Please specify whether you will be participating in the mountain biking or the 50 mile ride. We will depart from Rochester Community House at 6:00 p.m. on Friday the 21st of May and ride back to the Community House on Sunday the 23rd about 1:00 p.m. Your pack/gear for the weekend will be safely transported by a responsible and dedicated driver. :-)

Finally, all scouts not participating in the ride or campout that weekend are welcome to visit at the campsite on Friday and Saturday.

Here is the 2010 Medical Form. All Scouts and Adults planning to attend summer camp must complete this form, and have it signed by a state licensed physician.

It is due MAY 20th with your Permission Slip and Money.

This form is due May 20th. With your permission slip. And Money.

That would be 5/20/2010. Before 7 p.m. preferably.

No form, no camp, no exceptions.

Join fellow scout families supporting our local Great Lakes Council in one of their biggest fund raisers of the year by attending the 6th Annual Wild Game Dinner on Friday, March 26. The main sponsor is Bass Pro Shops once again and being hosted at the Royal Park Hotel in downtown Rochester. The food has been phenomenal and anything but wild. Last year's table of 10 took home: 4 rifles (not a typo), 1 trekking package including a color GPS, a fishing trip and a pretty vase - needed an anniversary gift. The cost is $100 which includes dinner and $100 in raffle tickets. We have already filled our first table with dads, a mom, and 3 scouts and are looking to fill a second table.
