ASPL is elected by the Scouts to be the second highest junior leader in the troop. He reports to SPL & Scoutmaster. He acts as the SPL when SPL isn't there. His job is to:   Help SPL lead meetings & activities

  • Run the troop when SPL isn't there
  • Help train and supervise troop scribe, quartermaster, librarian, historian & chaplain aide
  • Set a good example, Wear Scout uniform, Live by Scout Oath and Law & show Scout Spirit
