Troop 125 Basics

Below is a list of many of the Troop's meeting and resource locations presented with interactive Google maps you can click on and control for different views and driving directions.

We have 75 boys participating in the Troop, which is organized into 5 patrols. It is boy led, however we have many adults to mentor the boys. Behind the scenes there are many more adults in various roles to support the troop. This helps in "making it easy" to keep a varied program geared to keep the boy's interest. A regular month consists of two regular meetings, an activity meeting, and a weekend event. The patrols will plan to meet at least once during the month.

Also with a troop of our size, we are able to create a very successful high adventure program. The high adventure program is open to boys 14 years old, and have achieved the rank of First Class. High Adventure are events that are more challenging, and geared toward the older boys. For more information about our high adventure program see "High Adventure" under the "About Us" pull-down menu.

We have our regular meeting at Rochester Community House on Tuesdays at 7:30pm, usually twice a month. Check the calendar for the meeting dates.

Abiding Presence Church

Adult Troop Committee meetings are held here, generally once a month, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Oak Arbor Church

This is where we hold our Court of Honor meetings and Eagle Scout Court of Honor meetings. These meetings for the whole family are held on weekends twice a year.
